What do I do When it Rains?

One bittersweet aspect of tennis is that it is a mostly outdoor sport, especially in the south. And with the way courts are, we are at the mercy of rain. So, what do you do when the courts are wet? Well the answer varies on what the weather is like.

If it’s still raining, take your energy ready to move, and let’s focus on exercises that can help improve your game. This first section focuses more on strength training and stretching. As I personally, take rain as a sign, it is time for some self care.
